1(a) The TMHA Executive shall consist of the following positions:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Registrar
Treasurer
Head Coach Referee and Chief
Tournament Chairperson
Fundraising Coordinator
Ice Allocator/Block Coordinator
Equipment Manager
Division Directors (pre-novice, novice, atom, pee-wee, bantam, and midgets)
1(b) The positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Registrar, Treasurer, Head Coach, Referee and Chief, Tournament Chairperson, Fundraising Coordinator, Ice Allocator/Block Coordinator may consist of a 2 year term is said individual wished to stay on in the same position and the TMHA executive approves.
1(c) If an executive member does not wish to stay on for a second term in the same position but would like to stay on the TMHA executive committee and switch to a new position then the said member must be nominated and voted in at the year end TMHA AGM.
1(d) The position of Equipment Manager and Division Directors (pre-novice, novice, atom, pee-wee, bantam, and midgets)will be nominated and voted in by all TMHA members at every year end TMHA AGM. Nominations may come from outgoing executive members or form the floor at the AGM.
1(e) The TMHA executive committee shall have the power to fill any officer vacancy that may occur between AGMs.
1(f) The TMHA executive committee by special resolution may remove an executive member before the expiration of his/her term of office and may elect a successor to complete the term of said position.
1(g) All executive members shall be reimbursed for all expenses necessary and reasonable incurred by him/her while engaged in the affairs of the society. No moneys will be given up front.
